    PLEDGES

    ANNOUNCEMENTS

     

    1. The High School Lady Reds had a disappointing loss to Runge last night. The Ladies did their best.

    2. The cross country team will travel to Tilden today.

    3. Victoria College will be here this morning in the computer lab.

    4. The Ag Math Class will attend the South Texas Farm and Ranch Show tomorrow in Victoria.

    5. Next week is Red Ribbon Week. STUCO has decided on the following activities:

      Monday – Decorate classroom door with anti-drug slogan – two divisions: elementary and high school

      Tuesday – regular tutorial day

      Wednesday – STUCO skit in the gym

      Thursday – Junior Olympics for grades 6-12 in the gym

      Friday – Halloween costume contest in the gym (two divisions: elementary and high school)

                     Door contest winners announced (two divisions).

    Teachers, please lead your class in the pledges, announcements and minute of silence. Jennifer and I will be on a field trip. Have a good day.

     

    PLEDGES

    ANNOUNCEMENTS

     

    1. The High School Lady Reds will host Runge today.

    2. The 6th and 7th grade class leave for Seadrift this morning to board The Floating Classroom.

    3. The cross country team will travel to Tilden tomorrow.

    4. Victoria College will be here tomorrow morning in the computer lab.

    5. The Ag Math Class will attend the South Texas Farm and Ranch Show Thursday in Victoria.

    6. School ID cards are becoming increasingly important. You will be issued your card shortly. You are expected to use them with the lanyard provided whenever we go on field trips and other events. Do not lose your ID card. A replacement will cost $5.

    1. The Lady Reds lost to Refugio after a very hard fought game.

    2. From Mrs. Dysarz: The following students from Austwell-Tivoli ISD made the 2014 Jr. High Region Choir after auditioning at Tuloso Midway HS against over 700 other choir members from around the area:

                        Lauren Lutz-  Soprano
                        Brian Hopper-Tenor
                        Nathaniel McClellan- Bass
                        Anthony Misener- Bass
                        Alejandro Velazquez- Bass
                        Ian Brewer- Bass

           

                          All students did an amazing job for their first choir competition. The students will perform in a                          

                        choir concert November 15 at Rockport-Fulton High School.             

    1. The Junior High Lady Reds will host Refugio today.

    2. The High School Lady Reds will host Runge tomorrow.

    3. A message from UIL: today begins National Coaches, Sponsors, Advisors and Officials Week.

    4. Weather permitting, the sixth and seventh grade class will travel to Seadrift to participate in The Floating Classroom tomorrow.

    5. From Mrs. Torres: The baked potato fundraiser was a success. The kids made brought in over $ 719 with a profit of $575.
