1.      The Lady Reds overcame Pettus yesterday after four hard played games . They will play against Runge at Nordheim Friday.

2.      The 8th grade Earth Science team won the Refugio County competition for the 4th year in a row. Congratulations Professor Crawford and his 8th grade scientist.

3.      Health Fair is today between 8 and 11. Students must have a note from home to participate. It is my understanding that flu and tetanus shots are free. Blood work is $10 which is a real bargain.

4.      Today is “Lei off Drugs.” Is everyone Hawaiian today? Tomorrow is “Filter out Drugs Day.” Does snap chat filter mean anything to you?

5.      The University of Houston will be on campus Friday during tutorials to visit with Junior and Seniors.

6.      Fourteen students have signed up for the Spirit Bus to support the Lady Reds at Nordheim Friday. They will play against Runge for 1st place. A bus will be requested for the trip. We need more students to sign up with Ms. Wright TODAY. Permission slips will be ready at tutorials today.
