If your student is experiencing issues with their Chromebook (examples: not powering on, not charging, having technical issues during Google Meet, etc.), the first step is always to turn the Chromebook off for around 30 seconds and then turn it on to see if the problems are still occurring. If the problems still exist, click here and follow the instructions to "wipe" the Chromebook.
